It all started with the love of cooking and the talent of creative designing coupled with a little business savviness, two sisters put their gifts together to start Memoirs Fine Catering and Event Planning, LLC in November 2015. We offer small intimate dinner parties to large celebrations. We provide custom events to suit our clients vision and specific requirements. We pride ourselves on giving exceptional service and ensuring high standards are met and maintained.

Raygan was born and raised in Greenville, SC. After graduating from high school, she enlisted in the Army and traveled throughout the US and many counties around the world.  While she traveled, her love and curiosity for cuisines from different cultures grew. That love evolved into a passion to bring that type of creativity to the masses.  After serving 15 years in the Army, she was commissioned as a Logistics Officer were among many other things, she was responsible for a Dining Facility that feed over 5,000 Soldiers and Civilians Planner.  Retiring from the Army after nearly 25 years of service, she graduated from The International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC to become a chef.

"Design is thinking made visual..." 

Jackie Saunders has always loved anything decor. She has always had an eye for design and unique creative ideas. After serving almost 20 years as a military officer in the Army Nurse Corp, she began a new career as a realtor snd interior decorator while living in the Washington, D.C. area. After moving back home to Greenville, SC she began following her passion to design by planning and coordinating events in the Upstate for various clients.
